Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all paperwork and payments are processed accurately.
- Manage reservations and modify bookings using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process cash and credit transactions while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office and hotel software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
