Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/security teams
- Maintain accurate reservation systems and billing documentation
- Monitor property security and emergency procedures during night hours
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Prepare shift reports and update guest preference databases
- Coordinate transportation services for arriving/departing guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for airport runs)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Knowledge of Oklahoma City attractions and services
