Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

  • Manage hotel key cards and security systems to ensure guest safety and property security.

  • Process payments and prepare accurate daily reports using the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hotel or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
