Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a personalized and seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including accurate reservation processing, room assignments, and key management.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on problem resolution and exceeding expectations.
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and financial data.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and facilities are pristine.
- Assist in promoting hotel amenities, dining outlets, and local attractions to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or luxury hotel settings is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings to meet business demands.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions, business services, and dining options is a plus.
