Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using exceptional problem-solving skills
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
