Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in guest records
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain billing systems
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Monitor security protocols and manage emergency situations calmly
- Train and mentor new front desk staff on operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix tourism attractions and transportation
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
