Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our property management system.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and handle room assignments with precision.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, handle cash handling, and prepare daily reports.
- Hotel Promotion: Inform guests of hotel amenities, local attractions, and special promotions to enhance their stay.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and property management software (PMS).
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
