Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly with solutions-oriented mindset
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to guests
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with emergency procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel/customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license (if required for valet coordination)
