Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and personalized check-in experience.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-outs, lobby management, and answering phone inquiries.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest complaints or requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Utilize property management software (PMS) to update guest profiles, track room status, and manage reservations.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and reception area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals and resolved quickly during stays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude under pressure.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing.
