Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle payment transactions
- Reconcile daily accounts and generate accurate financial reports
- Respond to emergency situations and guest concerns promptly
- Monitor security systems and building access protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Update guest preferences and reservation details
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State food handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
