Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and concierge support
- Manage reservation systems, handle billing inquiries, and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining departments to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize PMS software (e.g., Opera, Sabre) for inventory and guest data management
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication protocols
- Assist during emergency situations and implement safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic MS Office applications
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
