Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel PMS (Property Management System).
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, providing information about local attractions, hotel amenities, and restaurant recommendations.
- Reservations: Assist with room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments accurately, manage room service requests, and maintain the front desk area in an organized manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the concierge, bell services, and maintenance teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates with no prior experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel software is a plus.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
