Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly while maintaining service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide local recommendations and assist with guest requests
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, organized lobby
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Cleveland attractions preferred
