Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Operations: Manage room bookings, process payments, and resolve guest issues or complaints efficiently.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Security: Verify identification and ensure the safety and security of hotel premises.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for our urgent hiring drive.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
