Responsibilities

  • Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera PMS while maintaining accuracy in reservation details
  • Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and exceeding expectations
  • Process payments and manage cash drawer operations with meticulous attention to detail
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and special requests

Qualifications
