Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle reservation systems and billing processes
- Provide 24/7 concierge services and local recommendations
- Prepare shift reports and operational summaries
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Crystal)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
