Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate reservation records
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a clean, organized front desk area
- Answer multi-line phone systems and manage room reservations
- Execute emergency procedures and security protocols as needed
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix tourism attractions
