Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining accuracy in billing and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) for reservations and guest data management
- Process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and premium services
- Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
