Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with special event coordination and group arrivals
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott Bonvoy)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for hotel errands)
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
