Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out hotel guests efficiently using property management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to resolve guest requests
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with valet services and concierge duties as needed
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
