Responsibilities
- Greet and Register Guests: Welcome guests with warmth and efficiency, handling check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, answering inquiries about local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Reservation Management: Assist with room assignments, manage special requests, and update guest profiles in the property management system.
- Communication: Answer phone calls promptly, transfer messages, and maintain clear communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and balance daily reports with precision.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with our luxury brand standards.
