About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the reception area, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and a warm welcome.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or requests promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing transactions.
- Front of House: Keep the reception area tidy and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems.
