Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Support special events and hotel functions as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
- No prior hotel experience is necessary; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
