Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
- Upsell hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
