Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures, room assignments, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize property management systems to update guest information and availability
- Uphold brand standards through consistent attention to detail and cleanliness
- Assist with special events, VIP guest handling, and concierge services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott Bonvoy)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
