Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payments are processed accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional tone.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling mail, packages, and guest requests.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a calm, solution-oriented manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby at all times.
- Assist with lobby security, monitor access, and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
