Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Process payments and manage reservations using hotel management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Handle guest complaints or issues immediately, escalating to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
