Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation modifications and optimize room inventory
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues with diplomacy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Utilize yield management principles during high-demand periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid North Carolina hospitality certification preferred
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
