Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
- Reservation Management: Manage room bookings, process payments, and handle special guest requests efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Operational Support: Answer multi-line phones, manage mail and packages, and distribute room keys with precision.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Security & Compliance: Verify guest identities, maintain accurate security logs, and adhere to all hotel policies and local regulations.
- Communication: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and a pristine environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Professionalism: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
