Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to hotel standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, reporting shortages promptly
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to maintenance team
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Provide turndown service and respond to guest requests efficiently
- Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality control documentation
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures
