Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of residential units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and proper folding/storage
- Stock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities
- Adhere to strict cleanliness and safety protocols following OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Provide exceptional guest service with attention to detail and personalized touches
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance team for repairs
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and inventory usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with meticulous cleaning standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Background check and drug test required
