Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Manage reservations and room assignments using OPERA/PMS systems
- Respond to guest inquiries with prompt, personalized solutions
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation software and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions and local services
