- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including verifying guest information, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
- Guest Services: Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Shift Management: Adhere to strict shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring the front desk operates smoothly during all hours.
- Communication: Relay important messages and maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
- Security: Monitor access points and ensure the safety and security of guests and property at all times.
- Administrative: Maintain accurate records of guest registrations and handle cash transactions with precision.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
