Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records in the property management system (PMS) and daily logs.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency with computers and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
