Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk reception area professionally.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Handle guest requests, including room service, valet, and concierge services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.
