Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling payments and reservations accurately.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Monitor security cameras and access logs to ensure property safety.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
