Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-ins/check-outs using OPERA property management system
- Proactively resolve guest concerns and coordinate with housekeeping/bell services
- Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Optimize room inventory and maximize occupancy rates
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences and feedback
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (OPERA preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for valet duties)
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and transportation
