Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Operations Management: Manage front desk operations efficiently, including handling phone calls, processing reservations, and managing room assignments.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Security & Access: Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests and staff, and manage key card access systems.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for new arrivals.
- Revenue Management: Assist in up-selling room rates and promoting hotel amenities to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, specifically with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera or similar.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional Appearance: A neat, professional appearance and grooming standards that reflect our brand image.
- Language: Fluency in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
