Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain guest room standards
- Process reservations and manage room availability systems
- Assist with guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Contribute to daily operations including shift handovers and documentation
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience preferred
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
