Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in registration cards and billing information.
- Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and route calls to appropriate departments or extensions.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with a focus on problem resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment, including the reception area and public spaces.
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and balance daily financial reports.
- Assist in the coordination of guest transportation and local area information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
