Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and guest rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in housekeeping duties, including making beds, dusting, and sanitizing amenities.
- Operate hotel software systems accurately for reservations and billing.
- Ensure security protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light furniture.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
