Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Housekeeping Support: Maintain cleanliness of public areas, lobby, and guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Communication: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Administrative Tasks: Answer phone calls, take messages, and manage basic correspondence.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A friendly, professional, and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods (particularly for housekeeping roles) and lift moderate loads.
