Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our state-of-the-art hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and manage petty cash balances with 100% accuracy.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain the front desk area and lobby in a clean, organized, and inviting manner at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for this role.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office or property management systems.
- A positive attitude, a genuine desire to help others, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs) when assisting guests.
