Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures for guests
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS)
- Assist with VIP guest requests and special arrangements
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if required for errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
