Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations using Opera PMS system and optimize room inventory
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and security teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with VIP arrivals and event-related guest services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-level customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Washington DC attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
