Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure 5-star service standards.
- Assist with night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing daily reports.
- Train and mentor front desk staff and housekeeping teams.
- Enforce hotel safety and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
