- Guest Relations: Greet all visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls with a polite and efficient demeanor; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks including mail sorting, package handling, and distribution of internal communications.
- Reception Management: Maintain the front desk area, lobby, and conference rooms to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating room bookings, and managing the company calendar.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
