Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and warmth
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with solutions-focused approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and property knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun)
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
