Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while verifying reservation details and payment information
- Manage room assignments and optimize occupancy using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash drawer, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, OPERA)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak check-in periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing processes
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
