Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit cards, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Assist with reservation management, room assignments, and housekeeping coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
- Uphold the brand's standards of service excellence and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems.
